as ERP systems become so vast in their capability.
Change/Knowledge Management Services
Many businesses are outsourcing processes and as such 'knowledge' is
no longer contained in the heads of personnel, instead all processes
need to be mapped and noted prior to any change. Process
mapping is recommended at the start of any change process as often
it can lead to the ability of a company to identify more clearly the
gaps between 'as is' and 'to be'. Once captured knowledge management
tools can be used to record any process changes and skill levels of
operators using them.
Resourcing Services
Note :
